Which AI tools does Relay work with?
Relay works with any AI tool you can copy from, and connects directly to MCP-compatible AI assistants, like Claude and ChatGPT, so they can create and update tasks in your workspace on your behalf. Anything else you save by hand, with the author and review status kept.
What is an “artifact”?
An artifact is a saved piece of AI work — the output plus its source, author, review status, and comments — that your team can track from capture through to the final deliverable.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on Supabase’s SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. The AI content you save is never used to train models.
Do you use my content to train AI models?
No. Content you save stays in your workspace and is only visible to you and the teammates you invite.
What can I export?
Approved work can be synthesized into finished documents, presentations, and PDFs. Available formats vary by plan.
How does pricing work?
Start free, with paid plans from $19/month. Education is a site license, priced per student per year, from $6 to $12 depending on enrollment. The rate drops as enrollment grows, teachers use Relay free, and it is set up with our team rather than self-serve checkout.
Can I use Relay with my class or district?
Yes. Relay has teacher and classroom workflows with rosters and review built in. Education plans are arranged through our team.
Are you FERPA and COPPA compliant?
Relay isn’t formally certified against FERPA or COPPA yet: it’s a priority we’re actively working toward as we expand into school use. Today, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on SOC 2 Type 2 / ISO 27001-certified infrastructure, never used to train AI models, and kept scoped to your own projects.
